The CASEE Secretariat is pleased to invite you to the CASEE General Assembly held at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, on 20 June 2024, from 09:00 to 11:00 (EEST, UTC+3).

The CASEE Board is proposing the termination of the legal entity (non-profit organisation) in Belgium and the establishment of a new legal entity of similar form in the region where CASEE as a network is active. With the assistance of Prof. Florin Stanica, CASEE Vice President, our network should be newly registered in Romania, which proved to have a more favourable legal framework.
It is important that all Member Institutions are represented at the General Assembly and that Rectors, Vice-Rectors and/or Deans participate. If you are the CASEE ivzw Institutional Representative but are unable to attend the General Assembly and Permanent Committee Meeting, please nominate someone else from your institution to represent you or appoint a proxy. For this purpose, please fill in this Proxy Form and send it to the CASEE Secretariat by 10 June 2024 to
